ThermoCore Sauna Shirt

Your regular workout. Hotter.

The ThermoCore Sauna Shirt looks like any training tee from the outside. Inside, a heat-retaining lining holds your body heat close, so you warm up in minutes and sweat from the first set to the last. No crinkly plastic suit, no trash bag. Just a shirt that makes every session feel harder.

Why you'll want it

• Heat-retaining lining keeps warmth against your skin, so you start sweating sooner.
• Close, stretch fit that moves with you through lifts, sprints and burpees.
• Looks like real gym gear, so you can wear it anywhere you train.
• Pull-on, no zips to catch on a bench or barbell.

Best for: weight training, HIIT, boxing, running and home workouts.

Fit tip: it's meant to sit close to the body. Between sizes? Size up for comfort, stay true to size for a snug fit.

Turn up the heat, then drink your water. Hydrate before, during and after every session.
